FBS was built on a single observation: the Indian franchise market had platforms, but no advisors.
Every platform treated franchise investment like e-commerce — browse, filter by price, submit a form. No due diligence. No methodology. No alignment with the investor's actual interests.
We built FBS to be the firm we couldn't find: one that represents only brands it believes in, serves only investors it can genuinely help, and earns its credibility through the quality of its recommendations — not the volume of its listings.

What We Stand For
Selectivity
A smaller, better portfolio is always more valuable than a larger, mediocre one. We turn away 80% of brands that approach us.
Transparency
Our selection criteria are published. Our process is explained. Our fees are clear. If we can't be transparent about something, we don't do it.
Long-term Thinking
We're not optimising for the commission on a single transaction. We're building a track record that outlasts any individual deal.
